Phil Diers at the San Francisco Tsunami Swim Club Sunscreen Booth on 9/28/25

On Sunday, September 28 at the Folsom Street Fair, Phil Diers will be volunteering in his swimsuit for his San Francisco Tsunami Swim Club Sunscreen Booth. The volunteers are encouraged to apply sunscreen  in their swimsuits to the patrons of the Folsom Street Fair for donations. Phil will be volunteering from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The booth operates from 11 am to 5:30 pm that day.  He’d be very pleased if you can support his swim  team.

“ The reason I volunteered to participate in our San Francisco Tsunami fundraiser is mainly out of gratitude for all the blessing I’ve experienced through becoming and growing as a Masters swimmer with Tsunami. I want to give back because I have benefited many times through the scholarships I have received through their generosity to compete in 2 Gay Games and Several International Gay and Lesbian Aquatics championships. made  all the difference.”

Many of us Tsunamis plan to compete in the next Gay Games in the summer of 2026 in Valencia Spain. Your support would be greatly appreciated.
